In a post-apocalyptic world, a small group of survivors, who call themselves Foragers, plan to rebuild civilization from their headquarters in an empty hospital based in what is left of Philadelphia. A Retrovirus, which was conceived as a tool for industrial genetic engineering, has gotten out of control and is spreading rapidly.
